What You’ll Need

Identification

Government-issued photo ID for each adult applicant (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).

Proof of Income

Two recent pay stubs, an employment offer letter, or bank statements showing 2.5× monthly rent in verifiable gross income.

Rental History

Names and contact info for your previous landlords. We verify rental history as part of the screening process.

$750 security deposit on approved credit
Pet Deposit
$300 per pet (max 2 pets)

Tour the Unit

See the apartment in person. Tours are by appointment—schedule a tour or call Rob.

Submit Your Application

Complete the application below. You’ll upload your ID and proof of income as part of the process. The $45 per adult occupant or cosigner/guarantor covers background and credit screening.

Get Approved

Applications are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Rob will contact you directly with the result and next steps.

Sign & Move In

Once approved, you’ll sign the lease, pay the security deposit and first month’s rent, and coordinate your move-in date.
