Knock CRM
We use Knock for lead management and live chat. Knock is now part of RealPage, and Knock’s data practices are covered by RealPage’s privacy policy. The Knock widget may load on any page you visit and may set cookies and collect technical information about your visit (such as IP address and browsing activity) to support its functionality and analytics, regardless of whether you interact with it. When you contact us through the chat widget, call a phone number displayed on the site, or submit an inquiry, Knock also collects your contact information and the content of your inquiry. We additionally use Knock’s dynamic number insertion feature: depending on how you arrived at the site (for example, from a search engine, a referral link, or a paid advertisement), a different phone number may be displayed so that calls and texts can be attributed to the correct marketing channel. RealPage
Rental applications are submitted through RealPage’s online leasing platform. Information you provide in your application is governed by RealPage’s privacy policy.
We use Google Maps to display interactive maps and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. These services may use cookies and collect information such as your truncated IP address (Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default), browser type, and browsing behavior.
