Balboa Park is one of the largest urban parks in the country — 1,200 acres of gardens, museums, hiking trails, and the San Diego Zoo. From Hillcrest Place, it’s a 7-minute drive or about a 40-minute walk through the neighborhood. Nate’s Point Dog Park, inside Balboa Park, is an off-leash favorite with views of the Cabrillo Bridge. We’re expanding this section as we add more outdoor spots.
